e-Nota Cloud

1. e-Nota menyediakan fitur Cloud untuk sinkron data transaksi antar perangkat yang Anda gunakan.
1. e-Nota provides Cloud feature to synchronize transaction data between the devices you use.

2. Alamat email yang Anda gunakan untuk koneksi Cloud akan disimpan di server online kami.

3. Kami menjamin bahwa alamat email Anda yang tersimpan di server online kami digunakan hanya untuk tujuan koneksi Cloud e-Nota. Kami tidak akan menggunakan alamat email Anda untuk tujuan promosi / marketing maupun membagikannya kepada pihak lain.
3. We guarantee that your e-mail address stored on the online server that we use is only for the purpose of the e-Nota Cloud connection. We will not use your email address for promotional / marketing purposes or share it with other parties.

4. Server kami akan menolak koneksi Cloud yang Anda minta jika mendapatkan alamat email yang sama di lebih dari 10 (sepuluh) perangkat.
4. Our server will refuse your requested Cloud connection if it gets the same email address on more than 10 (ten) devices.

5. Dengan melakukan koneksi Cloud di aplikasi e-Nota (Setting > Cloud > Konek), maka Anda dianggap sudah memahami dan menyetujui kebijakan ini.

6. Jika Anda ingin menghapus akun dan data Anda dari Cloud e-Nota, silakan kirimkan email ke canggihsoftware@gmail.com dengan subyek "Hapus Akun Cloud e-Nota". Mohon kirimkan request tersebut menggunakan alamat email Anda yang terkoneksi dengan Cloud e-Nota. Proses penghapusan akun/data ini memerlukan beberapa hari kerja dan kami akan memberikan konfirmasi setelah proses selesai.
6. If you wish to delete your account and data from Cloud e-Nota, please send an email to canggihsoftware@gmail.com with the subject "Delete Cloud e-Nota Account". Kindly submit this request using the email address associated with your Cloud e-Nota account. The account/data deletion process may take a few business days, and we will provide confirmation once the process is complete.

Backup to Google Drive

1. Database pada aplikasi e-Nota tersimpan secara lokal di perangkat yang Anda gunakan. Untuk menghindari resiko kehilangan data karena penggantian / kerusakan / kehilangan perangkat, maka e-Nota menyediakan fitur backup database secara otomatis ke akun Google Drive Anda.
1. The database on the e-Nota application is stored locally on the device you are using. To avoid data loss due to replacement / damage / loss of the device, e-Nota provides an automatic database backup feature to your Google Drive account.

2. Untuk menggunakan fitur backup database ke Google Drive tersebut, Anda perlu memberikan izin kepada aplikasi e-Nota agar dapat mengakses akun Google Drive Anda.

3. e-Nota hanya dapat mengakses dan mengatur file dan folder di akun Google Drive Anda yang telah dibuat menggunakan fitur backup database e-Nota. Selain itu, e-Nota tidak dapat mengakses / mengubah / menghapus file dan folder lain yang ada di akun Google Drive Anda karena dibatasi oleh Google. Jadi, privasi dan keamanan file dan folder Anda di akun Google Drive tetap terjamin.
3. e-Nota can only access and manage files and folders in your Google Drive account that have been created using the e-Nota database backup feature. In addition, e-Nota cannot access / change / delete other files and folders in your Google Drive account because they are limited by Google. 6. Dengan melakukan sign-in tersebut, maka Anda dianggap sudah memahami semua keterangan pada kebijakan privasi ini.
